DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

We use USPS for all our domestic shipping. Standard shipping is free within the Continental US. Please allow time for production followed by 3-5 business days for shipping. Need it quicker? The faster shipping option for domestic USA orders is USPS Express Mail. Please allow time for production followed by 1-2 business days for shipping. 

Production for plain sterling silver is 3-5 business days.

Production for 14k gold with and without stones, as well as sterling silver with stones is 2-4 weeks.

Orders with a mix of components following multiple production times will follow production timelines for the item requiring the longest production schedule, so that the complete order can ship together. Please contact customerservice@bethmacri.com to request multiple shipments for your order (additional shipping fees may apply).

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are final sale and shipped via DHL Express. A shipping phone number is required for all international shipments.

International orders may be subject to Customs Fees. All orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international order, are not included in the quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Taxes, tariffs and duties are determined by each country’s laws and policies and are beyond the control Beth Macri LLC. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust). Orders that exceed $1000 USD in value will ship insured.

RETURNS

We are dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. We will accept plain sterling silver items for exchange or return within 14 days after the date an order is delivered.

All "made-to-order" items are final sale.  This includes:

  • 14k gold items. 
  • 14k gold items with stones. 
  • Sterling silver items with stones.
  • Engraved items 

International orders, Gift Cards and jewelry purchased from our Outlet are final sale.

Exchanges or returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for a store credit and may be subject to restocking and refurbishment fees. Store credit can be used within one year of issue date.

To return or exchange your order: email us directly at customerservice@bethmacri.com You will be issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any merchandise mailed back to our studio without clearance and/or RA # will not be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges or returns may be subject to restocking and refurbishment fees.

All exchanges and returns undergo vigorous quality control upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange on worn or damaged merchandise; items not eligible for return or exchange will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Parcel Post. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any 14k gold jewelry or custom/made-to-order items.

Gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

We will do everything possible to refund your order in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued once items are received, quality controlled, and processed (3 to 5 business days). Please note that we do not have control over when a customer’s card issuing bank actually posts refunds.
