The pendants were designed to work with our innovative stringer chain, allowing for the addition or removal of pendants. However if you have a chain you would like to put the pendants on, you are more than welcome to purchase the pendants separately. Please note, if pendants are purchased without the chain we cannot guarantee the product and the warranty for returns, exchanges, repairs, and refurbishments is voided. Yes. International orders may be subject to Customs Fees. All orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to the final destination country’s taxes, tariffs and duties. These charges, based on the declared value of international order, are not included in the quoted shipping charge and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Taxes, tariffs and duties are determined by each country’s laws and policies and are beyond the control of Beth Macri Designs LLC. If the customer declines tax and tariff payment and the package is forfeited at customs, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to the US.
Orders that exceed $1000 USD in value will ship insured.
If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. We ask our carrier to require a signature for all items over $500. If you would like to either waive this requirement, or if you would like to ask for a signature for less than $500, please include this information under Special Instructions at checkout. (Since we cannot be responsible for delivered packages that have been lost or stolen, we highly recommend selecting a delivery address that you trust).

Direct sunlight, moisture, lotions or perfumes, and normal wear-and-tear will result in tarnishing. Beth Macri is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry, however we can absolutely suggest how to properly care for your jewelry. Our plain sterling silver and 14k gold pendants are matte finished, while all pendants that contain stones are high-polished and shiny. All rings, both with and without stones, are high-polished. If you would like to modify the finish on any of our products please contact us directly at customerservice@bethmacri.com with your request. Modifications may be subject to additional fees and production time.

We have a 1 year warranty the covers manufacturer defects, as well as assistance with repairs and refurbishments.
14K GOLD JEWELRY CARE
A precious metal such as 14k gold is inherently soft and can be scratched or bent out of shape if force is applied. Examine your jewelry regularly to make sure settings are snug and clasps and joinings are secure.
Avoid wearing your gold jewelry in situations where it may be damaged easily, such as during manual labor or vigorous activities, including going to the gym or to the beach.
Remove jewelry before sleeping and bathing.
Avoid contact with perfumes and hairsprays. Household cleaners like bleach can quickly cause gold to discolor and/or disintegrate.
Keep your gold jewelry in a safe place when it is not being worn. Place in a jewelry box or pouch and separate from other items which may tangle or scratch each other.
SILVER CARE
Occasional polishing with a silver polishing cloth will prevent a build-up of tarnish, but it won’t remove any scratches. A safe and easy way to clean most jewelry is using a soft toothbrush with mild liquid soap and lukewarm water. If the jewelry is very dirty, soak for 10-20 minutes before rinsing with clean water and patting dry with a soft, clean cloth. Please note this will only rid the jewelry of smudges, dirt, and other forms of buildup; this will not remove tarnishing.
Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time due to chemical reactions with the air. Moisture from the environment or from perspiration, sunlight, and cosmetics accelerate the tarnishing process. However, silver that is regularly used typically needs less care, so please wear your silver as often as possible.
Tarnished jewelry can be treated with a quality silver dip. Beware some jewelry polishes and dips that utilize harsh chemicals that can degrade metal and gemstones.
Avoid wearing your silver jewelry in situations where it may be damaged easily or exposed to moisture, such as swimming, going to the gym, etc.

GEMSTONE JEWELRY CARE
Protect your gemstone and diamond jewelry from impact against hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive surfaces. A diamond can chip if hit with enough force or at just the right angle. Stones such as amethyst, emerald, peridot, and tourmaline are extremely delicate.
Gemstones can also scratch other gemstones. Perfumes, cosmetics, ultrasonic cleaning and household chemicals can also damage gemstones.
To clean diamonds, use a solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a soft bristle brush.

Ordering + Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Beth Macri gift cards issued in USD. Your card will be charged at the time of order. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue a full refund to you by your payment method.
Orders from the sterling silver collection will be filled from stock if available and shipped within 3-5 business days. When stock is not available, your order will be custom made and should ship in 2-4 weeks. We will e-mail you if your order is not in stock and you may cancel or change your order if you so choose.
Items from our 14k gold collections and sterling silver with stone collections are made-to-order and take 2-4 weeks to be made.
A signature will be required for all orders valued at $500 USD and above. If you would like to waive this requirement please contact customerservice@bethmacri.com.
Our jewelry is priced as competitively as possible, with the 14k gold jewelry created with a DTC (direct-to-consumer) pricing structure, and with our sterling silver free of unnecessary mark-ups. We design and manufacture our items locally, with the majority of our items being made by hand. Our labor costs paired with the value of the precious metals we use (sterling silver and 14k gold) result in items that are priced as low as possible; this means that we usually do not offer any discounts or coupon codes.
We very rarely offer discounts, however we do have a special code we create once a year for Black Friday Holiday Shopping; be sure to sign up to our mailing list to receive news about our Black Friday discount code.
Surplus of our inventory, photoshoot samples, and previous versions of our items are listed with discounts applied on our Outlet. Any discount or coupon codes that are offered are only eligible to be redeemed on full price items; discounted items like those on our Outlet cannot be purchased with discount or coupon codes applied.

We use USPS for all our domestic shipping. Standard shipping is free within the Continental US. Please allow time for production followed by 3-5 business days for shipping. Need it quicker? The faster shipping option for domestic USA orders is USPS Express Mail. Please allow time for production followed by 1-2 business days for shipping.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges or returns may be subject to restocking and refurbishment fees.
All exchanges and returns undergo vigorous quality control upon receipt. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange on worn or damaged merchandise; items not eligible for return or exchange will be returned to the customer.

We will do everything possible to refund your order in a timely manner. Refunds will be issued once items are received, quality controlled, and processed. Please note that we do not have control over when a customer’s card issuing bank actually posts refunds.
We do not gift wrap or include notes on cards, however all of our items ship in beautiful gift boxes ready to be presented to your loved ones!
